Just some info about my upcoming CMS I get asked many times:
Technology:
Made with PHP ( Codeigniter Framework ) + MySQL Database
Uses Twitter Bootstrap for the admin UI and Foundation framework by Zurb for frontend
Whole CMS will be modular so making your own extensions will be piece of cake.
Forums, matches, galleries, news posts, pages modules and widgets will be available from the start and more plugins will be available to buy later.
